Jewelry returned must be in Brand new, unworn, undamaged condition. Damaged items will not be accepted. If the fault is from our ends, every process of retrieving the item will be borne by us but if a client is at fault, a 20% restocking fees of item price will be charged and the customer will be responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. Item(s) must be returned packaged safely, with tracking and insurance suggested. We will not be responsible for lost return packages.

We offer a full refund in an event that the wrong product, and you cannot wait for another to be sent to you. A full refund is also possible if a defected product was sent to you. We urge you to always check the condition of your order in the presence of our delivery man. We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the customer is unable to prove that the product was defected or broken before it was delivered.
