LAGOS
All orders usually ship out within 24/48 hours (Mon-Fri) upon receiving your order. All orders placed after 10 am will be processed the following day. We offer “Cash On Delivery” within Lagos ONLY. But we encourage customers to pay before delivery, which can be done online on our website. Payment before delivery will earn you FREE SHIPPING and depending on your total order, you can get a surprise worthy FREE GIFT from us.
Our payment method is by Online Payment using your debit or credit card on our website, Cash, POS or Bank transfer. We seldom agree to bank transfer due to the rise of “fake bank alert” but we’d consider it on some rare occasions.
OUTSIDE LAGOS
For non-lagos order, all orders are shipped out within 24/48 hours (Mon-Fri) upon receiving your order. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays except if a special arrangement has been made with us. We DO NOT offer “Cash on Delivery” outside of Lagos. Outside Lagos is “Payment Before Delivery” except if you have contacted us and we’ve made a special arrangement. The only special arrangement we welcome is a 50% part payment and balance up upon delivery. This arrangement is rarely considered and we hold the right to accept or decline it at any time.
SHIPPING METHOD: Our recommended shipping method is by using commercial transport due to the speed of delivery. Over the years, we have built a strong relationship with major transport companies such as Good is Good, Agofure, ABC, Peace, and others. They have a reliable waybill system which guarantees fast delivery of your package. These companies have offices in major cities and state capital where you can pick up your package usually within the next 24/48hours after sending. We’d give you the information which you can use to collect it.
For short distant cities in the South-west (including Benin), we usually would send directly through a driver, we’d give you the drivers bus and contact details and your package will arrive your city usually the same day.
I don’t want to go to the park to pick up my package. Can’t they deliver to my house or office?
Yes, you can receive it in the comfort of your home or office but this method takes a longer period than the waybill option. We’d send it by KOS courier, the same courier used by Konga.com and they’d deliver to your address but note that this method takes longer (3-7 working days). We can also use the regular courier such as DHL, FedEx, TNT to ship if you don’t mind their fees. ACCRA, GHANA
We have also added ACCRA, GHANA to our destination. Our means of shipment to Ghana is by using ABC international transport waybill. We’d waybill your package from their office in Lagos and you’d pick it up from their office in Accra. Delivery time is usually with 48 to 72 hrs.Our payment method is by Online Payment using your debit or credit card on our website, Bank transfer or Bitcoin or Ethereum.
